'THE LAKEHOUSE'!

After many requests from friends and clients - I have finally agreed to share my beautiful space with other individuals who would like to 'Experience' the healing energies at The Lakehouse.

It is not a regular 'party' cottage but instead a sanctuary where individuals or small groups (maximum 5) may use the accommodations and Release, Reflect, Renew and Refresh. It is a very unique property, located on Lake Huron that allows guests an opportunity to heal their body, mind and spirit through the many ammenities or optional treatments offered.

In our busy world we all seem to be running here and there and sometimes, all we need is an opportunity to shut out all the 'noise' of our world and reflect on the silence of our minds.  The following poem, lovingly shared by a guest at The Lakehouse, shows how that silence allows the mind to be inspired.

I came upon a cottage and I wondered what was there

Should I enter inside its four walls or should I stand and stare

Will it help me to go forward, or will it keep me closed inside?

It was a big dilemma on which I could decide

I opened up the door and I liked what I did see

A tidy little haven of where I could be me

I entered in and allowed myself to feel the energy

And of course, began my journey of setting myself free

I discovered things about myself and I decided to let go

Of things I didn't need to think - of things I didn't know

No worries did I have at all, in this tiny little space

I came to learn and grow and then to start a whole new race

Peace and Love and Wisdom, from the books I chose to read

And a hope of good things to come, have now planted their seed
